Due to recent Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirements, financial institutions, including Bellco, will no longer issue Mortgage and Home Equity Loan coupon books to loan holders. In their place, we will send monthly statements to the address we currently have on file.
If the primary borrower on the loan is enrolled in electronic statements, they’ll receive an notification letting them know their monthly Mortgage or Home Equity Loan statement is available through Online Banking. This change will go into effect March 2014, and should streamline the process while providing our members more detailed information on their monthly statement.
