Bellco now offers enhanced controls and alerts for Bellco Visa® debit or credit cards via our Card Management feature in online and mobile banking. This new Card Management feature will be replacing Bellco CardCentral.
However, certain members may have registered a Bellco debit or credit card via the Bellco CardCentral app or website in the past for card alerts that were sent by email or text message.
This is important because on June 12, 2024, Bellco will decommission the Bellco CardCentral application and website. We encourage those members to turn off all alerts that may have been set up for their debit or credit card prior to June 12. If card suspensions were set up for credit cards, those should be turned off as well.
Please follow the steps below to check if alerts or suspensions are turned on in CardCentral, then turn them off.
From a desktop/laptop:
Go to the CardCentral website and select Sign In. Confirm your identify via multifactor authentication via mobile phone or email to continue.
Select any Alerts that are switched ON, then from the drop-down, deselect any delivery method (Email or Text Message) that is currently checked. Once unchecked, select the Save button.
Credit Card Only – Select the pencil icon, scroll to Manage Card, then toggle Suspend Card to OFF.
From the CardCentral mobile app:
Log in to the app. Any registered Bellco credit or debit cards will show on the screen post login as shown below.
Note: If more than one card is registered, it will be indicated by more than one circle shown directly under the card image.
Select any Alerts that are switched ON, then from the next screen, deselect any delivery method (Email or Text Message) that is currently checked. Once unchecked, select the Save button.
Credit Card Only – Select Card Controls, then toggle Suspend Card to OFF.
